Where we deliver, how much it costs and how long it takes.

Delivery areas and fees

Pick up from our shop at Comet Mall — free, usually ready the same day
Nairobi CBD & Westlands — KSh 250, same or next day
Greater Nairobi (Kiambu, Ruaka, Rongai, Syokimau and nearby) — KSh 350, 1–2 days
Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret — KSh 450, 2–3 days
Rest of Kenya — KSh 600, 2–4 days

Delivery within Nairobi is free on orders of KSh 5,000 or more.

Timing

Orders paid before 12 noon on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather or courier delays. We'll keep you posted by SMS or WhatsApp.

Receiving your order

Please make sure someone is available on the phone number you provided. Our rider will call before arriving. If a delivery fails because we can't reach you, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Pick-up

Prefer to collect? Choose "Pick up from our shop" at checkout and collect for free from Comet Mall, 1st floor shop 31, Monrovia Street (near Loita Street, next to Anniversary Towers), Nairobi. We'll message you when it's ready.
