By browsing besteekids.co.ke or placing an order with us (online or on WhatsApp), you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of Kenya, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email, SMS or WhatsApp after payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error — and we will refund you in full if you have already paid.

You must be 18 or older to place an order.

All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay.

Online payments are processed securely by Paystack via M-Pesa or debit/credit card. WhatsApp orders may be paid by M-Pesa as instructed by our team; we will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN.

We try to show colours and sizes accurately, but screens vary and kids grow in their own way — please check our size guide. Illustrations and photos are for guidance; minor variations may occur between batches.

Delivery is covered by our Delivery Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Discount codes and sale prices are valid while stocks last and for the period stated. They cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless we say so.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Always supervise young children with small accessories such as hair clips.

All content on this site — including the Bestee name, logo, illustrations and text — belongs to Bestee Kids Shop or its licensors. Please don't copy it without permission or use the site for anything unlawful.
